We want you to love your Dan & Phil merch, but if something isn't right, you can return or exchange unworn and unwashed items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all original packaging and tags are intact to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Verify that your items are in their original condition and that your order was received within the last 30 days.

  Contact Support

  Email our customer service team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization number.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging and include a note with your order number and the Return Authorization inside the parcel.

• 4.
  Ship It Back

  Send your package to our returns warehouse using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
